Hi, my name is Rachel and I am fundraising for our good friends Nick and Melissa Buono. Nick and Melissa are some of the best people you could ever meet, and have become friends that are family. Last weekend, Melissa passed out at work and they found that she had a stroke with bleeding on the brain. Melissa is only 36 and in good health, so unfortunately they are having a very difficult time figuring out what could have caused this and still need to do some further testing. She is currently in the hospital, and it looks like it may take some time for her to be able to get back to work. Her amazing husband Nick has been by her side every step of the way, and it is very important that he has the time to be able to spend with her to help with her rehabilitation without having to worry about the stress of trying to make ends meet while they are having to take time off of work. Anyone who knows Nick and Melissa knows what amazing people they are and that they would be the absolute first to help anyone in need, so I am humbly asking all of my friends and family to please help and donate if you are able, any amount helps. I know this time of year, and the current state of affairs in the world makes it very difficult to have extra money, but I also feel it’s so important for us as humans to try to help each other out anytime we can, and these are two of the best humans I know.
