Cy broach this subject, but our family was just dealt a huge emotional blow. My brother (Jack) was admitted to Prisma Health Baptist yesterday after stroke-like symptoms began impacting his motor function. After MRI and CT were run, he was diagnosed with an aggressive cancer that traveled from his adrenal gland to his brain. His wife and 2 sons (11 and 15) are going to experience a tremendous amount of financial hardship as Jack undergoes chemo and radiation. The prognosis is that this form of cancer isn't the beatable kind. The oncologists will serve to slow the cancer down in an attempt to give him more time. My sister-in-law and her sons will need all the generosity you all can demonstrate. Jack will be out of work indefinitely and his wife is a stay-at-home mother who home schools her boys.
