Love for Arielle

If you know Arielle, you know that she is a strong, funny, and caring person with a love for life. I have had the pleasure of calling Arielle my best friend for the past 10 years and am so grateful for her being in my life, which is why it pains me to say that my beautiful friend has been fighting stage IV ovarian cancer for the past few years, and has been having an extremely difficult time affording her care.
Fortunately, she has been able to move back to New York to receive the best care possible. However, she is still paying off tremendous college loans, in addition to costly medical bills, which she cannot afford. Unfortunately with chronic medical treatments and the unpredictability of cancer respondence comes tremendous debt with unrealistic expectations of payments for these bills. She has attempted to work out payment plans with former treatment facilities and for her student loans but to no avail. Despite all of this, she remains positive and continues to work everyday. Words cannot describe the gratitude she has expressed for all of the support and love she’s received from her family and friends, yet she is still in crisis and needs your help.
I know it is difficult for Arielle and her family to publicly disclose her health and financial status, and ask for help when she cannot physically repay those who have given to her. However, I can assure you the lives she touches cannot be measured, and that is priceless. Arielle always thinks of others and how she can make their lives a little brighter in her own way. She volunteers to visit sick children and puts a smile on their faces with her fur baby, Rowan. She checks in on family and friends regularly and is always there to support. I know I am better for having Arielle in my life; she is like a sister to me. She is one of the strongest and bravest women I’ve ever met, and has never lost sight of her giving spirit, even when she easily could have, because that’s the kind of person she is. We don’t know what lies ahead in the future, but I know she will continue to fight her hardest to overcome and beat this disease despite the physical, mental and emotional exhaustion it causes.
Arielle has endured more than most at such a young age of 29, and still maintains her bubbly, uplifting spirit through daily sickness and pain. We are praying for a miracle, but in the meantime we would be so grateful for any amount you would be able to contribute towards insurmountable medical bills, exorbitant student loans, and rent. I want to give her as much of a fighting chance to minimize any anxiety or distress this debilitating debt and unpredictable journey is causing her, so she can focus on her health and live her life to the fullest as best she can. If you would be willing to donate, share this link, and say a prayer for her when you think of her, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you kindly in advance, and God bless you all.
