On April 10th Chandler went to Saskatoon for a long awaited Heart surgery where they preformed a Mechanical Valve Placement with the addition of a Bentall Procedure. After the surgery we were waiting to see him when we were notified that he had gone into Cardiac Arrest in the ICU. He was rushed back to the OR where they then put him on VA-ECMO so his heart could rest and recover. Since then he has been stable however, the team in Saskatoon has decided the best course of action will be for him to be in Edmonton where they have better recourses for him.
