Dental Care

I am a senior citizen and have major dental issues.  I am on a very tight fixed income.  The insurance doesn't pay for much of dental care. Since I need numerous extractions, an upper denture, and lower partial, which is not completely covered by insurance, there will be approximately $5000 left to pay after insurance pays for everything. The policy at this, and most medical and dental offices here is payment at the time of service.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am currently unable to eat much food due to my dental condition.
