teens westward bound 2019

I am so excited to have been selected as a participant for the Teens Westward Bound trip for 2019. TWB is an amazing program in which young adults are evaluated and selected as participants to travel together on a 23 day summer trip around America. Throughout the trip we will make stops in 21 different states, traveling together by bus from N.C. to the California coast and back again, exploring landmarks, national parks, and many college campuses along the way. I am so blessed to have the opportunity free of internet distractions, to be able to learn more about not only myself and my goals, but, my fellow travelers, this beautiful country, and God’s wonderful work in all of these areas. This program offers a once in a lifetime trip that i have been fortune enough to be chosen to participate in, with experiences and friendships that i would otherwise miss out on. My acceptance is a reflection of my hard work in school as well as extracurriculars and i hope that it will further my exposure to new cultures, ideas, and challenges. All money raised will help as we take on the great preparation for this adventure. The cost of the trip includes travel and transportation costs, admissions to all parks and venues, meals, souvenirs, and all the necessary supplies to bring along! Contributions in any amount as well as, well-wishes and prayers for a safe and exciting experience are greatly appreciated! :)
