Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to You on behalf of a dear friend that is trying to raise money for leukemia treatment in Children's Hospital of Philadelphia for his two year old daughter Mila. Mila has been treated in Croatia for the last year, but now the only real chance for survival is revolutionary treatment performed by  dr.
