Our dear friend Tina Garfield was recently diagnosed with Stage 3 colon cancer .  As most of  you may know, Tina was born and raised here in Elko.  Nevada where she also raised her family.

Tina has been employed at the Star Hotel for the past 21 years.  She is one of the hardest working women we know and will always greet you with a hug and a smile.  Our hope is to now help her.

Due to her illness. Tina was forced to quit her job.  Now she is faced with tremendous medical expenses as she will begin chemo therapy in the upcoming weeks.  She will be traveling to Salt Lake City  and your donations will help with her travel expenses.

Let’s all join together and help Tina kick cancer in the butt!!
