My dear friend and former colleague Kim, a devoted animal welfare advocate, has sadly been diagnosed with cancer for a second time. She has beat cancer once already after surviving non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, but is now facing a new challenge after being diagnosed with ovarian cancer. Kim was informed that the cancer has spread to her stomach, with additional complications in her lung and heart. As she prepares to undergo chemotherapy, we're rallying around her to help alleviate the financial burden of her medical expenses.
