Josh Cook, a hard working man, had a serious work related accident when a 2000lbs steel pole fell off of a forklift on February 19, 2014 and he was life flighted to Utah Valley Regional Hospital. The pole crushed the right side of his body, his right foot had surgery to reattach the arteries that were completely severed but unfortunately the surgery was unsuccessful, the dead muscle tissue caused a high fever and a large amount of toxicity to his kidneys (Gangrene) and he had to have it amputated the morning of Feb. 22.
He is also having reconstructive surgery on his right hip on Tuesday Feb. 25. During the accident, Josh suffered multiple compound fractures in his right leg, roadrash to his right shoulder, nerve damage in his right arm which is causing it to be numb.

Josh was the sole provider for his family, him and his wife have three young children and now they are needing help since he will not be able to return to work.
