Mom was shot in Fort Worth, Texas and stars Austin Foxx who portrays William Grace and his two younger siblings, Alex Grace and Aurora Grace are played by Tristan Riggs and Kinley Moody . Rounding off this great cast are Monica Perez as Mrs. Robinson, Amanda Joy Erickson as Emily Grace and Tyrone Betters as Mr. Robinson.
Twelve year old Austin is making his writing and directorial debut with this short screenplay. Mom is a great story of love, family and working together to overcome tragedy. It is because of stories Austin saw on the news about families being separated, that he wanted to write this short film. It gives him an opportunity to give a kids perspective on families being torn apart, the affects that drug abuse has and what the media can do to a young child’s way of thinking. 
Now that we have finished Principle Photography on Mom. We begin the Post Production phase. That means putting together all the wonderful scenes we shot for nine days. This includes editing, sound mixing, music and much more. 
Because of a little hiccup, we need to raise the funds to complete the post production ASAP. We need to get these funds in place soon, to meet our deadline to enter the Rhode Island International Film Festival and other film festival around the world. 
There are a lot of great cast and crew that worked really had to get this short film to where it is now. With your help of a small contribution and sharing this with you friends and family, we can see this project to completion.
