Our Balinese friend Toke needs our help

A true gentleman in every sense of the word. Our dear friend Toke, a father of 3 and loving husband, has been seriously ill in a Bali hospital for over 3 weeks. Toke has had to sell his only form of transport, his motor bike,to try and cover his bills. Toke has had no stream of income whilst in hospital. Please chip in any amount to help him and his family have one less thing to worry about.
