On March 13, 2019 our world came crashing down as my dad died unexpectedly of a massive heart attack on his and my mom's 44th anniversary. My dad was the main source of income in their household. My mom is on disability for crippling rheumatoid arthritis and they have no savings and he had a small life insurance policy. Her monthly income from disability will not cover her monthly expenses. Social Security Administration is only giving her 25% of my dad's retirement because of the disability payment she gets off her earned Social Security. It's a fine "how you do" for a US war Veteran. No one can live off what she makes, much less pay on a mortgage. She is going to have to let their house go if we don't get funds to help her. My heart hurts for my mom and the loss of my dad. We, her children, cannot afford to help her because the need is too great. Thanks for any and all support.
