700 Meals in May

From the moment Covid invaded our communities, we took a step back, assessed the situation, and proceeded to ACT.

 Immediately we offered FREE KIDS MEALS for children 12 and under when the school system shut down. We followed by offering 50% off to out healthcare heroes. We are currently offering 10% of our sales to DJs in an industry that suddenly shut down and severely erased their sole source of income.

 All this while trying to stay afloat and keep our staff employed and the truck operating during these challenging times. 

As the Shelter-in-place orders in The Bay Area have extended into June, I immediately thought of the people in my neighborhood that aren’t able to provide food for their families. I wish I had the financial ability to just provide food via some amazing organizations already doing work in these communities, but I don’t. I need your help.

 The GOAL is to provide 700 meals to families in need, the elderly, the people experiencing financial hardships, the undocumented and more.. HELP ME FEED OUR COMMUNITY  during the month of MAY.

 All money raised will go towards purchasing food and preparing it, as well as delivering it to some amazing organizations that we have teamed up with. Currently we have came up with a plan with the FILIPINO COMMUNITY CENTER in the EXCELSIOR district where I currently live. We are in talks with PODER to also assist in their efforts in the MISSION. 

A $10 donation will provide a meal for someone in need in our community.

BISTEK and Onions with Rice and Vegetables
Tofu Adobo with Rice and Vegetables 
Al Pastor with Pineapple Rice Beans Veggies and tortillas
Chile Verde with Rice Beans Veggies and tortillas
Pollo Mole with Rice Beans Veggies and tortillas
Plantains Mole with Rice Beans Veggies and tortillas

All prepared in microwaveable containers forsafe efficient handling and delivery.
