70 yr old victim of shooting
On November 30, 2017, in the early morning hours...our beloved friend, Marilyn Stamp age 70 yrs. old. was sleeping in her bedroom, which happened to be right next to the front door, was awakened by loud knocking. She got up and peered through her curtains when suddenly shots rang out, 5 to be exact...into her bedroom window. 3 of those bullets did hit Marilyn and critically injured her. She is recovering, however, due to this, she has been evicted from her home, she has lost everything and on top of that, she has medical bills that are piling high with every passing day. She will have Physical therapy every day so she can learn to walk again, and is facing the possibility of homelessness and an empty bank account. Her husband passed away some years ago so she is alone. As her friends, we are doing all we can do to help. We are reaching out to all of you, and asking if you could find it in your heart to donate anything you can afford. She did nothing to deserve this and she is always the first one to step up and give her last if someone needed it. Thank you from all of us that love and cherish this beautiful soul.
Our goal is to reach $10,000 to cover her medical bills, to also secure a place to live with deposit, first months rent etc...to replace clothing and necessities that were lost in the incident. We need the funds ASAP so that we can at least try to find her a home to go to and to make payments on her medical bills and therapy bills. God Bless You All
