3rd Year of NES Fircroft’s Global Steps Challenge!!!

At NES Fircroft, we believe in making a difference—together. As part of our global commitment to giving back, NES Global Steps Challenge was launched back in 2022, a unique, step-based challenge where each NES Fircroft region across the world aims to complete 70 million steps in a week. Americas, Europe, Middle East, and APAC are to partake to raise funds for their chosen local charities. The activity shall take place simultaneously from 25 April to 02 May 2025.

The Middle East, Baghdad in Iraq, and Mumbai in India teams are once again supporting the Snehasadan Home for Homeless Children in Mumbai, India.

From the bustling roads of Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al Khobar, Riyadh, Doha, Muscat, Baghdad, and Mumbai, our colleagues will walk, run, and move with purpose, carrying forward not only steps, but hope. This initiative embodies our core values of Drive, Personal Impact and Teamwork, as we work side-by-side across borders for a cause greater than ourselves.

Why Snehasadan Home for Homeless Children?

For over 60 years, Snehasadan has provided not just shelter but a future to homeless children in Mumbai. With 12 homes across the city, under the care of dedicated House-Parents, they offer love, education, health, and the tools to build a better life. Education is their cornerstone—empowering kids to rise above their circumstances and reach their full potential. They support the overall development of each child and currently, a significant number have successfully excelled academically, leading them to complete their studies and pursue careers in various fields.

It is a great pleasure to share that since we began supporting them in 2022, NES Fircroft also had an opportunity to employ one of the youths as our internal staff that same year, hence, we are extremely proud and pleased to continue providing help and hope to more children who need it most.

Our steps would provide roughly 70 children a full month OR approximately 20 children a full year of education, along with learning tools and devices. It's more than a walk or a run — it’s a stride toward opportunity, dignity, and transformation!
