Sacramento CA – On Saturday February 21st my 7 family members were in one car when a potential drunk driver violently crashed into them and fled the scene. Two of them were ejected from the car.
All seven were rushed to the ER. Doctors discovered fractured ribs, shattered pelvic bones, and a fractured skull that has already caused memory issues.
Among them are three married couples with children who depend on them, and a sister visiting from Mexico who came to spend time with loved ones and instead now faces recovery far from home.
Every person in that car is a full-time worker. They are the kind of people who show up early, stay late, and take pride in providing for their families. Overnight, their ability to earn a living was taken from them.
Right now, the focus is on survival and healing. But the bills don’t stop. The funds raised will go directly toward:
• Hospital and emergency room bills
• Ongoing medical treatment and rehabilitation
• Rent and essential utilities
•Groceries and daily necessities for their families
•Car-related expenses and transportation needs
These are families who have always stood on their own. Asking for help is not easy, but this tragedy was not their fault. They were simply in the wrong place at the wrong time.
Your donation, no matter the amount, will help relieve the overwhelming financial pressure so they can focus on healing, being present for their children, and rebuilding their lives after this senseless act.
If you can’t give, please consider sharing. Together, we can surround these seven strong, hardworking people with the support and love they have always given so freely to others.
Thank you for your generosity.
