Help Brent Beat Cancer

Hello friends, family, and community,

We are reaching out to you on behalf of our super funny, always witty, incredibly kind, and giving friend Brent Moon. Mostly known for his generosity and ability to not only connect and build but selflessly give back to his community.

In 2018 his dreams and livelihood were tragically burnt to the ground and Brent has been picking up the pieces ever since. In the process, he's been faced with one hit after another, most recently the tragic loss of his soulmate Barbara to cancer. She had a long and brutal fight and Brent was with her every step of the way. Witnessing his unconditional capacity was beyond inspiring.

Sadly, 3 weeks ago, Brent himself, was diagnosed with Seminoma cancer and is now scrambling for his own life. Faced with numerous devastating hurdles, the most pressing is finding the funds he needs to get through the next 6 months of treatment.

While the prognosis is good, the road ahead is windy and unknowing.

Brent will need to undergo six months of intense chemotherapy which will take a drastic toll on his body. He is going to be extremely weak and immunocompromised over the coming months as treatment progresses making him unable to keep his dream job he started just a few weeks ago. Anyone who knows Brent knows that he loves what he does and is devastated by the idea of temporarily giving up his work.

This amazing man has been so giving of himself to others for so long and we know how many of us are ready and willing to return the favor. With the general cost of living and medical bills now mounting, we are confident that this campaign can help make a real difference in heading off an inevitable financial crisis - which would be crippling alone without the added layer of such a devastating medical diagnosis. He needs your support more than ever to make it through this bridge period of his life where he is unable to provide for himself. Let's band together to help him cover the basics, rent and food, as he bravely confronts the six months of treatment and recovery after.
