I'm running the MOE 12k on Sunday 9th Nov. This is the first organised run I have ever signed up to - and it occurred to me I could shake down my friends and family for a good cause.

Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) works for the health and dignity of Palestinians living under occupation and as refugees. Providing immediate medical aid to those in great need, while also developing local capacity and skills to ensure the long-term development of the Palestinian healthcare system.
