Save The Space!

Hi. This is my husband and I. We are both passionate musicians who work hard by day to pay the bills, and hard by night to develop our creative callings, and help inspire passion and creativity in others, our community, and our surroundings. We recently took on a space in North Park in hopes of creating a sound studio. And that we have. We invested every last penny on faith. It has been almost 2 years of building, blood, sweat, and tears. Completion takes a while when you still work 50-60 hours elsewhere:) But it has been worth it, and we are just getting the space to completion. We have had monthly events opening our doors to the community to share the space, feature artists and musicians, and spread a general sense of hospitality, welcomeness, and need for the arts. Unseen circumstances (roof repairs, Rain that is much needed but a space not equipped for or prepared for it, and a handful of ‘’making an old space new, while very much highlighting an d appreciating its “old charm” have put us in an emergency mode to hold onto the space. Every wall, speaker, corner, decoration, has been built with our hands, or created by the hands of local artists. We need $3,000 in 1 day. We know this is a long shot, but we also believe the Lord works in mysterious way. Please accept our humility and humbleness in advance for anything you are able to donate. We hope to save the space to live to see another day, get back in the saddle, and continue our road for a community art space, sound studio, rehearsal/creative space, and positive change that has been so needed and well received where we are.
