Supporting Jamie

Hi everyone!

In mid December Jamie felt pins & needles in her legs and got admitted to the hospital after she collapsed when walking her dog due to numbness, tingling and weakness in her legs. She stayed in the hospital for 10 days without a clear diagnosis, though they believe it to be Multiple Sclerosis (MS). She returned to work with only vision in one eye and on Friday 2/3 she lost vision in her other eye. She was admitted into the hospital again and is now waiting for her various Neuro Opthamology & MS specialist appointments.

To know her is to love her. She is currently a STEM teacher at William Davies Middle School and is unable to return to work until her vision returns. She has used all of her personal/sick days and does not qualify for disability. Jamie is the strongest & most independent person you will ever know. She never fails to support anyone and everyone who needs it. Donations will go to Jamie to use for her medical & personal bills until she is back in her feet again. Any amount is more than appreciated.
