Dear Family and Friends,  No one wants to hear that Nasty Word "Cancer" but it has hit close to home for some of us. I have known Julie since I was 13, I was new to the school and I am standing in the lunch room, not sure where to go, she came over with a friendly Hello and we have been friends ever since. The Memories and Shenanigans we pulled will be with me forever.  She is now fighting a big fight and needs a little help, she is unable to work. Her Sister Cathy Cook, Nephew Kevin Cook, Aunt Lisa who is staying with her and taking care of her, her 2 beautiful Kids Karlie & Chris Magboo and many, many friends would like to help her out in any way, no amount is too small.  Let's show her our LOVE Julie Fitzpatricks’s official diagnosis: Invasive metastatic mammary carcinoma. But in other words, it is Right sided breast cancer that is metastatic and has spread to her lungs and liver, along with the bones in her right arm (radius) and right leg (femur).
