I just wanted to put a little extra here to let people know what their money is helping to pay for. We help her as much as we can, but it really adds up quickly when you’re going to appointments every week and seeing specialists.  paying co-pays, traveling back-and-forth to Philadelphia, and we haven’t even begun the process of the surgeries she’s going to need! Most of the initial donation money went to pay for procedures that had to be done in a timely manner while she was without insurance because of changing jobs. Also Paying for hotels, and Tolls! 

You’ll never know how much it pains me to ask for help! As very few know, Emily has once again been dealt a blow with a new cancer diagnosis!!! The stress that the financial burden puts on people is very real and shouldn’t be dealt with while undergoing cancer treatment! She was diagnosed 2 weeks ago with Uveal Melanoma and will undergo a procedure on the 11th of September. We don’t know what the future has in store beyond that, but know she’s a warrior!! She beat cancer once, and we don’t plan on letting the sneaky bitch beat her this time! Expenses are already accruing and we ask from the depths of our souls not only for financial help, but to keep her (and us) in your thoughts while we navigate this once again!!! Any donations will initially go to helping pay for hotel stays and out-of-pocket medical expenses, then any help she needs paying bills should she miss a lot of work!
