Marcos Ramos, 72 yrs. old, is my brother-in-law, currently in the Dominican Republic. While in the DR, he suffered internal bleeding and recently had a stroke. He has had prostate cancer and surgery to his colon. I have known this great man for the last 21 years. A good man, always with a smile and lots of jokes. Lost his wife of 40 yrs, and after that, his health has gone downhill...
He is a US citizen, with many years in NYC, providing for his family, here in the US and back home in the DR. Although he has Medicare in the US, it does not provide any services in the Dominican Republic.
Marcos has been hospitalized for the last 2 weeks and his current condition is not well. A possible course of action, is to transport him to the US (NYC) for further care, however, his current medical condition, does not allow him to fly. In the event he is able to fly to NYC, additional costs will be incurred.
I, my wife Reyna, and all of our family, appreciates any donations, to assist Marcos with his medical expenses. We pray for his recovery, however, in the event the Lord has other plans, donations will be needed to assist with his funeral expenses.
Many blessings to all....
