I never thought we would be here, but here we are. I am starting this GoFundMe for my beautiful, amazing granddaughter Andi. She is 6 years old and was diagnosed with Leukemia yesterday. They are still testing to determine the type. Leukemia is a long battle, 2-3 years of testing and treatments.

Although she has medical insurance, it doesn’t cover all of her procedures, chemotherapy, radiation, education, loss of wages, and all of the other life stressors. I am starting this in the hopes that my son and daughter-in-law can focus on caring for their precious girl without having to worry about how.

Anything helps, share this with everyone you know, pray for her and our entire family. Will update when we learn more. Thank you all so much for your thoughts and prayers during this most unbelievable time in our lives.

Update Andi is still in the hospital. She developed a fever and going to have an infection. She will more than likely be there another 10-14 days. Parents are exhausted. Andi has has several procedures including port placement, bone marrow biopsy, lumbar puncture's. Andi has had several doses of chemo, steroids, is on blood pressure medication to control her blood pressure. Andi is also experiencing severe headaches requiring Morphine to control her pain. She is fighting with all she has and is so strong. We appreciate all of your ongoing support, strong, donations, prayers. It takes a village and we need ours more than ever.
