Ashley Meagan McClain, age 40 passed away on January 10, 2023 after a courageous 4 year battle with metastatic breast cancer. Survived by her husband of 14 years, Blake and three children, Reid, Grayson, and Harrison; parents, Doug and Sandi Reid. Ashley was my dearest friend really like a sister to me. Our husbands are first cousins and we became sisters and fiends right away. We have been in each other’s life for almost two decades sharing life, motherhood, and friendship. Ashley was a joy to be around and a ray of sunshine. She was a true friend, kind, generous, genuine, and so loving. Her contagious laugh would light up the room and make you laugh just because she was laughing. She was one of a kind person and she will be forever missed.
