Help with Dolly's Vet bills. Please help!

Donation protected
Hi!

I am Dollys owner and hoping to raise some money to go towards her unforseen vet bills

I am aware that insurance is best in these circumstances, however this is not possible for my girl. She is a rescue and we were unsure of her age so got her registered at my local vets to get the ball rolling with vaccinations etc and get an idea of her age for insurance purposes. She is now up to date with vaccines (second course is due in a couple of weeks but this is all sorted). Unfortunately in the couple of weeks that we waited for her appointment, Dolly developed lumps on her eyelids which we had checked out at her vaccination visit, and the vet is saying these are tumours and need to be removed. We now know how old she is from visiting the vet so can go ahead with insurance, but unfortunately any insurer will now see the eye masses as a pre existing condition so this will not be covered by them meaning we have to pay the bill to have those removed. PDSA is currently not accepting any new patients (in my area at least) and there is no additional help available from other charities (the vet practice has confirmed this also). Cost of living has had such an effect on animal charities!

They have offered us a loan type arrangement (as pictured) but unfortunately this has fallen through and declined so we are out of options for help for her treatment, hence reaching out on here

We have some money squirreled away for such instances but unfortunately it won't cover the full cost with everything else at the moment. The total cost it's just over £720, I know animal care can be costly and to expect the unexpected but we really did try and do the 'right' thing by getting her up to date and insured, it just really has not worked out how we hoped

If anyone does have anything at all to spare to help with Dollys treatment this will be beyond greatly received and appreciated, no matter how small a donation it will definitely all go a long way to helping her out

And of course, I will keep this updated on her treatment and recovery. I'd rather not put a picture up of her poorly eyes (there is one on my profile however) as they obviously are a bit unsightly, poor girl, but happy to update with pictures after her procedure when they are healing

Any help at all is soo welcome, and thank you from Dolly and myself in advance! Her procedure is scheduled for 22nd August. Bill includes anesthetic, procedure itself and recovery and after care etc
