Lori's Memorial Fund

We are heartbroken to announce the death of our mother, Laurel Ann Collins. She passed away peacefully on June 6, 2023, at the age of 67, with her two daughters, Olivia Galeas, Patricia Contreras, and sister, Melinda Hausner by her side.

She grew up in Hollywood Florida and spent the last 12 years living here in Arizona.

Our Mother enjoyed swimming, playing cards, words with friends and most of all; spending time with her Grand Children. She was an old soul who lived without regrets. She always looked forward to when the flowers would bloom and enjoyed the simple things in life.

She leaves behind Sons, John Collins, Pedro Correa III, Daughters, Patricia Contreras, Olivia Galeas, and a long list of siblings Laurel being one of nine children.

The funds will be used to assist with any fees associated with cremation and holding a service. If you would like to pay your respects, you are welcome to join the “Celebration of Life” we are holding in her honor. It will be at 19440 N 37th Way, Phoenix, Arizona, 85050 on June 16, 2023 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
