Help Michael Fight Hodgkins Lymphoma
We are attempting to raise money to assist my son Michael Dobrosky and his family fight another medical fight. The last year and a half has put them through many trials mentally, physically and financially. In July of 2017 his wife was injured and required hospitalization and extended time off of work. Shortly after her return, she was hospitalized due to preeclampsia and HELLP syndrome while pregnant with their first baby Charlotte. After 3 weeks on bed rest in the hospital, Charlotte was born into this world at 26 weeks gestation weighing just 1lbs 1ounce on 10/06/2017. Her weight dropped to 14 ounces, and she required extensive medical interventions to keep her stable. On several occaisions they were told she may not survive through the day. Against overwhelming odds Charlotte won her battle and showed us what it means to fight! And mom was able to return to work march of 18 when Charlotte was home. Charlotte has required expensive home medical care, specialty appointments and medications that has left her hard working parents scraping by and working extra hours to make ends meet. They had no time to rest, recover or get on sure financial footing from their NICU journey when Charlotte's dad (my son) Michael was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma. Michael is stubborn and continues to work hard everyday, trying to ensure his family has everything they need. He will not rest even a little knowing the financial toll the medical bills has mounted on them. He barely keeps his head up at work yet always trys to hide the pain and discomfort with a joke. When he gets home from treatments and work, he musters everything he has left to give to give attention to his miracle. The treatments are getting harder, and Michael is getting more and more sick as they go on. The medical bills are becoming suffocating and making providing for his family harder and harder with every statement. We are becoming concerned about him caring for himself, knowing he will sacrifice his well being for the well being of his wife and daughter. They have taken many steps to reduce debt and save money, but the costs of extensive and expensive medical care for the three of them has seemingly reached an unmanageable point. We are asking as a family to help in any way possible. If you can not donate, please pray. If you do not pray, please send good vibes their way. Thank you.

Wife- I try not to do the sappy posts, but I can't help it today. Michael had chemo again today and isn't feeling well. This dose seems to have hit him a lot harder and quicker than the last. It stinks because he was just starting to feel better after his first treatment. However, he has been so strong through all of this and I couldn't be more proud of him. He always makes sure he is there for Charlotte and is still trying to work to provide for our family. I can't say I would be able to do the same. He even still has his sense of humor through everything. He may be a grouch sometimes, but I suppose I'll deal with it lol. I am so proud of you Michael Dobrosky and I love you more than you know! We have been through a lot during our 7 years together. This will just be another story to add to our book ❤
Sister- Growing up, he has always been a pain in my butt, as little brothers usually are, but he was my first and best friend most of my life. He has never had an easy hand, if something goes wrong it is usually to him, but he always toughs it out. That fight is a Dobrosky thing. He passed that strength on to his baby girl when she was in the fight for her life less than 2 years ago. He worked extra hard so he could ensure that his family was provided for then, now I would like for us to be able to help him. Michael is still working regularly, but the chemo is taking its toll at times. He wont slow down unless he knows that his family is provided for
Myself (mom)- Prayer warriors, Michael, Mallory and Charlotte have battled so hard and worked through so much but as a result of mom being in hospital and preeclamptic for months before Charlottes birth, then Charlotte coming in weighing 1 and surviving the fight of their lives and finally dad being dx with Hodgkins Lymphoma their finances have hit rock bottom. They were able to trade in her truck for a truck with a much lower payment but the struggle is real.
