In September of 2023, my dad began dialysis treatments for his kidney disease. In May of 2024, I began my research on how to become a living kidney donor. After 3 months of numerous tests in Alaska, I flew down to Kentucky for more tests, meeting with doctors, my kidney coordinator, a social worker, and a nephrologist.

I was told that I am a matched donor for my dad!

The next step will be to fly down to Kentucky for the surgery.

Our goal is to raise $5000 for medical & travel expenses. Anything above and beyond that will be donated to the National Kidney Foundation.
