End Stage Kidney Disease

I am in need of a kidney transplant due to insulin dependent diabetes over the last 30 years. I have no donor, and will wait until my turn on the transplant list. Since 1994, I've worked with chronically mental health felons for the Tennessee Department of Correction and would appreciate any financial assistance for this procedure.
