On January 28, 2026, Matthew Drake was taken into custody and is currently facing alleged felony charges related to an incident that occurred on January 26, 2026 in Scottsdale, Arizona. This is an ongoing legal matter, and we want to be respectful of the process while Matthew exercises his right to a fair defense.

Matthew is a hardworking & compassionate man who has spent the last 15 years serving our community through working in behavioral health, addiction counseling, and social work aiding the foster children of Arizona. He is a loving father, partner, son, and friend to many.

We have been very fortunate to receive legal guidance and support, but legal defense costs add up quickly. This fundraiser is to help cover attorney fees, court costs, and related expenses as we navigate the road ahead.
