Charlie is an older stray dog on St. Kitts in the Caribbean who was recently rescued from being hit by a car by students. Unfortunately he looks to be a victim of animal abuse and/or a previous hit by car incident where he broke his pelvis in 3 places and requires surgery. The veterinary school clinic (RUVC) has been kind enough to reduce the cost of surgery because it would be an invaluable learning tool for clinicians and students alike! Help us give little Charlie boy another chance at a good, comfortable, safe, and loving life!
