Rocky's Surgery

This is my desperate call for help. Rocky was just diagnosed with Hemangiosarcoma which is an aggressive, malignant tumor of blood vessel cells. With treatment/surgery, Rocky could have a chance of living at least another year. Without treatment, he would succumb to internal bleeding from the tumor rupturing, and there's no telling when that would happen, so humane euthanasia is really the only other option. 

I realize this is a big ask, especially for such an older dog, but Rocky's mind is still there, his organs are still working properly, and his old body is keeping up with him just fine. Please help me give my baby boy more time.
