URGENT: Anonymous Safety and Transition Fund

Hi, I’ve created this anonymous fund on behalf of a friend of mine who needs to protect their identity as a brown trans person. They are currently located in India and require money for the ability to move out of their place to university. Once there, they will be able to start their transition safely and privately.
They are planning to leave India on the 15th of April. They need to be able to cover the costs of a flight ($1,500), pending school tuition ($3,000), medical + transitioning fees ($2,800), and a couple months of rent until they are able to get back on their feet (~$2,100). Also, the government mandated quarantine is going to cost $2,000 out of pocket.
