Novia Executive take on the 3 peaks

Hello Everyone!

The countdown is on to the ExCo 3 peaks challenge!

Vicki Baker- Chief People Officer, Tom Dudley-Chief Risk Officer, Lucy Bristow-Chief Customer Officer, Robert Vaudry-Copia Managing Director and Patrick Mill-Chief Executive Officer will be heading out on 29th July to take part in the national three peaks challenge, raising money for the Foundation’s chosen charity partner's -Mentoring Plus, ELBA and Rose Gale Trust.

Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon are ahead of them, training is well under way (some more so than others!) and the team are now seeking your kind donations, no matter how much, to help spur them to the top!

We are proud to support the following three charities as part of our 3 peaks fundraising:

Mentoring Plus is a Bath-based charity that helps young people aged 5-25 feel hopeful for their future, something that we feel passionate about through our own purpose – helping pursue potential together. By donating, you will help young people in Bath and NE Somerset have a better future via mentoring opportunities.

East London Business Alliance (ELBA) are a London-based charity enabling successful partnerships between business and the community. In the past year, ELBA helped place over 300 people into work in London through its award-winning Employment Works programme, delivered over 12,000 business volunteers into the community, and worked with over 500 local organisations in east London.

The Rose Gale Trust empowers young people living in Salisbury and surrounding areas by making grants to help them access employment, education, and training, do charitable work, as well as providing support in crisis.

All donations are very much appreciated and 100% of everything raised will be going to Mentoring Plus, ELBA and Rose Gale Trust.
