Garden Project

We are in need of a permanent fence for our garden.
I work as the full time custodian at World Gospel Church in Terre Haute Indiana. As a ministry and outreach we as a church support a local mission at 14th and Chestnut that helps to reach some of the poorest people in our community with food, education, and the Gospel. This ministry feeds up to 150 children 2 meals a day throughout the summer and 1 meal after school the rest of the year. They provide tudoring and help to get kids accepted and placed in state colleges and universities. Without this place of safety, love, and Jesus Christ all of these children would remain without hope. 14th and Chestnut is changing our community in a very positive way and we are so thankful to help with the garden.
Along with the children's program they also have a food bank that supports the same community.
I help to head up our garden here at the church. Last year God produced over 7,300 pounds of food that went directly to serving the kids. Toward the end of the growing season we were starting to get a lot of deer pressure and we need to stop the threat. I have a budget from the church for the garden, but the fence project exceeds it. The total cost of the fence materials are $2500. It will be 230'x90'. I will provide the labor. Please consider helping.
Thank you and God bless you.
