Amanda is a single mom with a son with behavioral issues/ disability. she just recently lost her job and finally got a new one and was starting to get back on her feet. Amanda came down with a cold that turned into pneumonia that turned into popcorn lung she had to have surgery and have tubes put in her lungs the surgery was a success and the tubes have finally been removed but she is struggling with some kidney damage and trying to overall get better she has been in the hospital since before Christmas she has missed Christmas and new years with her children. She won’t be able to work for a few weeks till her body fully recovers her close friends/family are doing what they can to help take care of the kids and keep spirits up but Amanda is stressed and struggling with both health and financially. she will be stuck trying to figure out how to pay her bills and stay above water till she’s fully cleared to go back to work.
