Hello. My name is Ahmed and I created this fundraiser to help the family of my friend and teammate, Balta Martinez. Balta, 41, died suddenly on 28 September 2021. He leaves behind his grieving parents, sisters, brothers, nieces and nephews, family, friends, and teammates. He was a loving son and brother, a generous teammate, and caring friend. Balta loved soccer and at this terrible time, we - teammates and friends - want to raise some money to help his family cover funeral expenses. All money raised will go directly to Balta's family to lessen the burden of expenses.
