2019 Riding Acadmey Kinship Camp
Donation protected
My name is Devin Eastman and I am raising money for the annual Riding Academy Kinship Center Horse Camp. I created this camp to offer an opportunity for children from The Kinship Center to come to the barn for a whole week of horse camp. Within this week at the barn, they will be able to learn how to be safe around horses and how to ride, all while playing games, making crafts, and bonding with their very own horse. This camp intends to teach a variety of lifelong skills and values, including the ability to form deep bonds, fine and gross motor skills, communication, overcoming fear, challenging oneself, setting boundaries, work ethic, responsibility, and lots of trust. In order to make this camp become a reality for as many foster children as possible, I am looking for donations to sponsor the foster children’s camp tuition. For every tuition that is covered, another child will be admitted into the camp, up to a maximum of 15. Donations will also go towards helping to make this camp as positive and successful as possible by purchasing food and crafts for the children during the week. The tuition for one child is $350 but any donation is greatly appreciated All donations are tax-deductible as they will go to the non-profit The Kinship Center For more information on the camp and how it helps these children please see the video below:http://www.ksbw.com/article/central-coast-student-and-her-horse-help-foster-care-children/8364489
