What will happen with extra donations?

Extra donations will go towards a Xero recovery fund:
-Physical Therapy (water therapy) to help with her recovering from the 3 months of inactivity it takes to heal from this surgery and to help strengthen the muscles.
- To help with buying Xero supplements on an ongoing basis to help with her joints and with delaying arthritis that will eventually set in due to the injury.
-If we make $4000 then I will not use the $500 of care credit I have and will save that for an emergency instead.

Hi folks!
A few months back Xero had a rough fall after slipping on a stone floor at full running speed. After that she limped for a while. When it didn't get better I took her in and we discovered she has a torn CCL - a ligament that is responsible for the stability of the knee joint. Unfortunately, this is a ligament that is highly unlikely to ever heal to full functionality for a dog that is as active and agile as she is. And after attempting some alternative methods, and getting several opinions from different vets, it has become clear that a knee replacement surgery called a TPLO is the best way to move forward.

Until she has this surgery, Xero isn't going to be able to run or chase things and be the rambunctious dog that she is.
I have had help in finding an inexpensive place to get her this surgery. $2850 is the most affordable I have found this surgery to be. After fees to use gofundme $3000 is closer to the amount that will be necessary.

I have been unable to acquire credit enough to cover the cost of this surgery myself. So I am asking for your support to help get her the care she needs as soon as possible.
