Help Christina recover!

On Saturday morning Christina was in a life altering car accident on her way to work. She was taken to the nearest trauma center at OHSU and is now in the process of recovering. She has multiple fractures to her pelvis and a crack in her spine. She was looking at surgery on her pelvis, but her team of seven amazing doctors decided that she is young and healthy enough she will be able to heal on her own with extensive physical therapy. They plan on keeping her in the trauma center until Tuesday at the earliest. Afterwards they may need to send her to a care facility to get round the clock help and physical therapy before she will be cleared to go home.

She’s going to have a long road to recovery to get back up and walking. And this could last several months. We are hoping to at least raise enough money for her rent and utilities so she can focus on getting back on her feet and have a little less to worry about at this time.

There is also going to be a fundraiser at her work establishment this coming Saturday.
