“ I am on my last leg”

Hi, my name is Christina. I’ve been an amputee for over 19 years. My leg was amputated at 12 years old, which was the hardest time of my life but today at 31 I am happy, strong and thriving. My only dilemma is that my prosthetics are really expensive even after having health insurance I work for a great company that provides health insurance, but the out-of-pocket cost multiple times a year has gotten out of hand. Whatever you can give is fine with me. Something is better than nothing.
