In healthcare, everyone sees the doctors and nurses — but not everyone sees the people working behind the scenes who keep everything running safely and smoothly. Our coworker in the Maintenance Department is one of those essential, steady, hardworking individuals who makes a difference every single day.

He is the kind of person who shows up early, stays late when needed, and never hesitates to jump in when something needs fixed. Because of him, our environment is safe, functional, and ready for patient care. Whether it’s responding to urgent repair calls, ensuring equipment works properly, or quietly solving problems before anyone else even notices them, he does it all with humility and dedication.

Recently, he underwent a major surgery. What was expected to be a challenging but manageable recovery has become much more complicated. He is currently facing a longer and more difficult recovery process than anticipated.

Right now, he is unable to work and facing mounting medical expenses and everyday living costs. As coworkers, friends, and members of the healthcare family, we want to rally around him the same way he has always supported all of us behind the scenes.
