Opal was diagnosed with lung cancer in May of 2023. Since then, she has fought a hard battle. She has gone through several rounds of immunotherapy, which has burnt her lungs up, several stays in the hospital, and countless doctor's appointments. All of this has put a strain on Opal and RD financially, as RD has had to miss work and the doctor bills keep coming in.

Opal has always been one to help anyone in need. She founded and ran Mama's Hope for several years until her health started to decline.

All money raised will go to Opal for medical bills and living expenses.
