Dara is a 26 year old, who is a sports fanatic, fun-loving, carefree young man. His sense of humor and sarcasm will cheer up just about anyone on any day. On the evening of February 1, 2014, he was snowboarding with a group of friends and got into an accident which caused a severe head injury. He has been in a coma since but is listed in stable condition. The injury that he sustained is on the right side of his brain. The next step to improving his basic functions is to send him to rehab, in which we hope and pray that it will help him recover. As a family, we want Dara to receive the best treatment possible; however we cannot afford all the medical expenses.
