My name is Josh Thompson, and I'm reaching out to you with a heavy heart. Yesterday, our family faced a devastating fire that swept through our home in Pahrump, Nevada. We lost everything – our house, our cars, and all of our belongings. We have 2 children and no home. We only have the clothes on our backs. It's been a shock, to say the least.

To make the matter even more difficult, my wife, Gina, is battling illness and depends on dialysis. Our two young children, Pamela and Dylan are also trying to process and understand what has happened, as are my wife and I. It's so hard.

We literally lost everything!!! All of our clothes, food, furniture, cars, my tools for work, 4 of our dogs... Everything is gone! We are traumatized and lost. We are in a desperate situation and could use ANY help we can get. I don't like having to ask for help, but this is my family and I need help so bad! We have nowhere else to turn to.
