Help Debra with medical expenses

Hello everyone! We are fundraising for our good friend, Debra Ergang. Debra is in need of some financial help due to a series of medical issues that have not been properly addressed here in the North. Debra is one of the biggest-hearted individuals we know, and she is always ready to help anyone who needs it.

Debra's story starts in the Fall of 2020 with misdiagnosed severe abdominal pain. Then, in February 2021, she required emergency surgery that resulted in a colostomy bag that she "affectionately" named her Gucci bag. She was so excited to have this procedure reversed in January 2022. (as well as the resulting hernia repaired) but her recovery has not gone smoothly, and a massive infection has invaded her body, creating a gaping wound and a secondary hernia. Her body is also rejecting the mesh from her first surgery. Debra needs to fly to Vancouver to see a specialist and have her skin attached to a unique roller system to help the wound heal, allowing the skin to grow back together, a process that will take at least eight weeks. Debra's health has been compromised for the past 1.5years, which has affected her ability to run her business and meet all of the extra medical costs she has incurred.
