The offsets is family owned and operated. It has been enjoyed by hundreds of thousands of people over three decades. Unfortunately, there have been accidents over those three decades that have resulted in 8 drowning. We as a business and a family have been struggling with lawyer fees including 2 other lawsuits for a while now and are in need of your support. With the state suing the The Offsets they have endless legal resources where as we are only a seasonal business. We just simply don’t  have the financial ability to fight the state government.
