R.I.P Andrew Garcia.  Andy served in the Marine Corps for 4 years with a tour in Syria and was applying to become a Los Angeles Police Officer. 

Andy was in a fatal motorcycle accident on 9/16/19 and passed away at 24.

Andy was an amazing person and meant so much to every one of his family members and friends. You were a jokester who would make everyone laugh, sometimes we couldn't tell of you were being serious or just making another sarcastic joke. Always down to do anything for anyone with out hesitation. Your smile and great heart will be missed by everyone.
